On a cold and snowy Saturday, the bowlers of Jeju gathered at Fan Korea Bowling Lanes to battle head to head in Jeju Furey's 4th bowling tournament.
Congratulations go out to team Screeching Eagles who had the most pins knocked down and the runner-up team "The Pins Mightier." Big thank yous to Stephanie Hunnington for her delicious chicken curry wraps that were provided and to our sponsors WaBar and Winnie's Brunch and Pub.

On December 1, 2012 the efforts and passions of Matt Harris combined with the Furey team came together to host the FIRST Jeju Furey Soccer Hat Tournament. Twelve teams consisting of 52 paid-and-registered players helped make this event a great addition to the Furey event list.
Congratulations to the winning Hat-Team of Evan Duggan, Darren Southcott, Scott Tiffin, and Mary-Rager Summers. Runners up were the team of Yeojin Kim, Daniel Springett, Cathy DellaLucia, Erin Williams, and Sean Ferguson.
To get this tournament up and running a lot of time, effort, and cost went into make portable soccer goals that can be used in the future. Due to this investment and the last minute fall out of 8 registered players due to illness led to the event having a negative net gain of -205,800krw. However, for future soccer tournaments, we expect even more players and with the start-up costs already taken care of, the next soccer tournament is sure to bring a significant amount for our families in need.
proud to share the past successes and failures with everyone!
