America 2 years in Korea, and in Jeju volleyball BVBs (Beach Volleyball) beautiful scenery, unique style and spice in foods, a country filled with pride "To whom much is given, much is required" coming from a city girl - live in a city and get your own transportation for venturing out (not specific to Jeju but a lesson I learned while at KIS) learn to build harmony between you and your direct supervisor in any situation... between BVB7 and BVB8 with the website I didn't want to see an organization that brought joy to so many participants, and assistance to so many families, go under just because its founder was physically absent like: incredibly supportive and active community Don't: that this awesome community has only been built up within Korea - time to branch it out! people giving of their finances to ensure I would return for a BVB after the move to Shanghai... Seriously... An act that speaks volumes more than the flight itself. maybe black-light court volleyball or a dance event?! anything that wouldn't provide the opportunity to build friendships and contribute to a families in need... Good times for a great cause! |
